Order the wrong wattage and the unit fails where it matters — or you over-pay for power the venue never uses. A 2000W unit on a wok station can't keep up at dinner rush; a 5000W unit in a small cafe trips the breaker and sits unsold.
Match power to venue
- Cafe / light: 2000–3500W countertop.
- Restaurant / buffet: 3500–5000W, twin-zone.
- Wok / stir-fry: 5000W+ concave coil, boost mode.
- Catering / street: 2000–3000W portable.
One thing catches buyers out: the site's circuit. Anything above 3500W needs a dedicated line or it trips, so confirm the amperage before production. A mixed-power container covers a portfolio from cafe to wok.
Right power = no tripped breakers, no "can't keep up" complaints, real reorders.
